Starblend Moonlight white is a cool toned off white powder type face paint that will create a soft smooth and quick drying base for your sugarskulls, vampires and skull face paints.
I like to apply these with a slightly damp face painting sponge (do not spray the cake- but spray your sponge with water) then buff on to the face.
